1. Confirm that the service you want is covered through the Aetna Natural Products and Services discount program.

2. Schedule an appointment. To find a participating professional near you, visit your secure Aetna Navigator website, or call the Member Services number on your ID card (received after enrollment).

3. Pay the special fee to the provider's office after the service is received. There's no need to file claims or wait for reimbursement!
