When you need information about your health plan or want information about a particular health condition, here's where you'll find it!

Log on to Aetna Navigator to:

• View information about who is covered under your plan
• Search for a participating health care professional on DocFind^®, our online provider directory. You can also change your PCP
• Check the status of a claim or review an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement
• Check the status of your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), if included in your plan
• Contact Member Services with benefits questions (also available in Spanish)
• Rate your health care professional

Once you are enrolled, use Aetna Navigator to put these online tools to work for you.

Cost of Care Tools — compare estimated in-network and out-of-network costs for the following types of services in your area:

• Medical procedures - including surgeries
• Office visits - including physicals and emergency room visits by type and complexity
• Medical tests - including lab tests, X-rays, MRIs and more
• Diseases & conditions - providing up to a year's total estimated in-network costs for facilities, doctors, prescription drugs and medical tests associated with specific conditions such as asthma and pregnancy
